At Sunday Bake we take pride in using the highest quality ingredients to ensure that each cake tastes as good as it looks. Before placing an order, please ensure that you read the full Terms & Conditions.
If your order is accepted, a copy of your invoice will be emailed to the address provided. Please ensure that all details are accurate and correct, and that you understand the Full Terms & Conditions. Please notify us immediately of any errors on your invoice. Failing to notify us of any errors may result in additional charges where alterations are necessary after your order has been completed.
Because we are a small operation, we may not be able to fulfill your request on your desired date depending on the availability of ingredients and/or rental kitchen.
If you are placing an order over 8 weeks in advance of your requested date, we require a non refundable 50% deposit to secure your order. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks prior to the delivery date. We require a non refundable 25% deposit for orders placed within the month of your requested date. The remaining balance is due within 7 days of invoice – unless otherwise agreed in writing by us. Your booking is not confirmed until full payment is received.
We accept payment via PayPal. There will be a 3% fee applied on payments via Visa, Master Card and American Express. Total cake price DOES NOT INCLUDE DELIVERY FEE. Final payment of the entire cost of your order is due at the time of delivery. Delivery within Manhattan - $20. Delivery to greater NY metro area (Queens, Brooklyn, Westchester County) - $30. For delivery beyond the metro area, there is an additional fee based on distance. Additional fees may apply for custom cakes requiring intricate setup or styling on site.
Where the required date for your order is less than 5 days away, a late fee may be incurred.
We deliver throughout NYC and Westchester County. All orders will be hand delivered. We will do our best to accommodate your selected delivery date and time. If we cannot deliver your order at the time specified, we will do our best to schedule an alternative time. There will be an additional fee for unsuccessful delivery attempts. Please send us a message upon ordering with your delivery instructions.
When placing an order, please notify us of any allergies. Please notify us of any food allergies before placing your order. While we will do out best to accommodate your needs, we cannot guarantee that our products are nut/gluten/dairy free as our equipment at some point in time has come into contact with these items. Our goods at Sunday Bake are packaged with care and attention. We will not be help responsible for products lost or damaged after they have been delivered.
All of our goods are individually handmade, and therefore may not always appear exactly as in photographs or descriptions. All photographs on our website are published to provide you with an approximate idea of the goods they describe.
Any major changes to your order less than 14 days before the required delivery date may incur a fee for reworking of design and/or loss of work already completed on the order.
Once your order has been placed and confirmed, the cancellation policy is as follows: You have the right to cancel your order, but must be done in writing. Orders must be cancelled FIVE (5) days prior to your event in order to receive your deposit. If you decide to cancel any time after this, your deposit will be forfeited.
All sales are final. No refunds are allowed once order is delivered. No returns accepted. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your order, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to fix the problem. In the unlikely event that we are unable to complete your order due to personal circumstance, we will offer you a full refund.
